【网络媒体走转改】吕向阳:中国高铁司机“好教头”-搜狐新闻 吕向阳(左)在济南机务段高铁驾驶舱模拟工作室给学员做辅导(1月29日摄)。新华社记者 周科 摄   列车缓缓前行,在不断提升的速度中,弯道、隧道等路况接连出现,面对一排繁复的操作屏幕和按钮,吕向阳镇定自若,两名年轻的列车司机站在一旁,全神贯注。   这是济南铁路局济南机务段动车车间的吕向阳在模拟操作室中日常授课的一幕。2009年至今,昔日的动车司机吕向阳为济南、兰州铁路局和青藏铁路公司带出了500余名高铁司机,被亲切地称为中国高铁司机的“好教头”。   事实上,上述评价远不能浓缩这位45岁教官的经历。从1992年正式成为火车司机起,他先后驾驶过内燃机车、电力机车、动车组,见证了中国铁路事业的快速发展,也同样全程参与了中国高铁的十年。   对吕向阳而言,2005年是具有特殊意义的一年。这一年,通过铁道部开展的理论知识、实际操作能力以及应急答辩三关选拔后,吕向阳被选送到西南交通大学、意大利阿尔斯通公司参加动车组培训学习,成为中国第一代动车司机。意大利的学习经历给吕向阳留下极为深刻的印象:“他们不仅非常敬业,而且在操作中严格按照流程和标准进行。”   一年后,即2006年5月22日,中国进入高铁时代的序幕由济南铁路局拉开。此后,作为优秀的动车司机,吕向阳参与中国高铁的众多标志性试验任务:胶济铁路牵引试验任务、京沪高铁首趟开行任务、青荣城际首趟开行任务……正是在吕向阳和同伴们一次次的试验与磨合中,中国高铁的原始数据和流程标准开始逐步积累。   其间,不乏数次有惊无险的经历,在尚无前车可鉴的情形下,吕向阳和他的团队凭借过硬技术和多年娴熟的驾驶经验一一化解。2006年参与胶济铁路试验时,吕向阳驾驶的动车突然在行进过程中失去动力停车,就在车上的外籍专家一筹莫展之际,吕向阳经检查认为极有可能是保护电路出了故障。他尝试按复位键后,动车恢复正常,外籍专家对此连竖大拇指。   更为紧张的一幕发生在2007年4月18日胶济客专开通首日。一列动车组驶入北京后,在距离车站三四百米时突然因故障停车,这里作为全国性站点枢纽,接发车密度极大,稍有耽搁,将影响成千上万人的行程安排。紧急状况下,吕向阳尝试重启系统,3分钟内将故障顺利排除,该特殊操作最终被写入高铁司机的教科书。   作为高铁司机,吕向阳已完全掌握中国铁路动车组全部18种上线运行车型操纵技能,并参与中国自主研发动车组CRH380CL上线运行40万公里的验收评审。   2009年,吕向阳从台前走向幕后,开始了培育高铁司机的教官生涯。   每个学员的实训期是3个月,“但绝非花3个月培养一个高铁司机。”吕向阳说,“在接受实训之前,每个司机需有从学员、副司机、司机的成长经历,具备至少两年的内燃机或电力机车驾驶经验,然后才有报名高铁司机资格,取得报名资格后需先去西南交大接受理论培训,实训是最后阶段。总体来说,每个高铁司机的培养周期是3~5年。”   谁不达标,他的课就会追到线上、开进家里、跟到外点公寓里。不少司机学员深有感触:“碰到这种‘拗’师傅,谁不好好学习,甭想下课。”针对每名学员的行车信息、运行数据,他还开展风险研判,建立了技术档案和安全问题库,运用“互联网”的新媒体技术,建立微信群,并通过自学制作30多个培训课件、案例课件。   在授课中,吕向阳最常叮嘱大家的话是:“一定要有精气神儿!”在很多人眼中的高铁运行全程自动化,在他那里仍有不同的解读:“每趟行程,高铁司机需确认上百个注意事项才能保证行车绝对安全,譬如开车前需确认信号、仪表盘、区段号、车门等,行驶中需确认分相区、仪表等。”   “设备再先进,如果没有责任人全身心的投入,是远远不够的,人的因素永远是最关键的。”吕向阳常对学员说:“我们一举一动代表的是中国高铁的整体形象。”   2014年,吕向阳成立了自己的创新工作室。他编写的CRH2型动车组培训教材已正式出版,成为全路高铁司机的教科书,被誉为高铁司机的行车“宝典”。相关的主题文章:
